CONTACT COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE

A. Identity and address of the Controller
Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter, the “LFPD”) and other applicable provisions, The Journal of Reproduction (hereinafter the “Responsible”), with address at Horacio 340-2A, Polanco V Section, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, MEXICO, CP 11560; expressly informs you:
B. Personal data collected and subjected to processing
In order to comply with the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, we must collect certain personal data, categorized as:
- Data of an identifying nature; and
- Contact data.
C. Sensitive Personal Data
For the purposes indicated in the following section, the Responsible does not collect sensitive personal data.

- To inform applicants about the services and products provided by the Responsible.
- Respond to requests for information and comments from users and customers about services and products provided by the Responsible.
- Management, control and administration of communications between the Responsible, users and clients.
- Statistics and historical record of prospects, users and clients.
b). Additional purposes.
- Sending communications related to new services and/or products provided by the Responsible.
E. Transfers of personal data.
Your personal data may be transferred and processed by persons other than the Responsible in the following cases:
- Subsidiaries or affiliates of the Responsible, or to a parent company; for purposes of centralized safeguarding of information, control of registrations and cancellations, as well as for the performance of statistical functions and historical record users and prospects.
In order to carry out the transfers indicated above, your consent is not required in accordance with article 37 of the LFPD. Any other transfer of your data will not be carried out without your consent and prior information.
F. Exercise of ARCO rights.
In all legally appropriate cases, you may at any time exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) through the procedures that we have implemented for such purposes.
The corresponding request must comply with the requirements established in the current legislation, by means of a written request addressed to our Personal Data Department, at the address indicated in section A of this Notice.
The request must contain and be accompanied by the following:
- Your name and address or other means of communicating the response to your request.
- Documents proving your identity or, if applicable, legal representation.
III. A clear and precise description of the ARCO Rights you wish to exercise; and
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
We will notify you of our decision within twenty business days from the date we receive your request. If the request is granted, it will be effective within fifteen business days from the date we communicate the response. In the event that the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or the necessary documents to prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation are not accompanied, the Responsible Party will require the correction of the deficiencies within five working days following the receipt of your request in order to process it. In these cases, you will have ten working days to comply with the requirement to correct the deficiencies. The corresponding request will be deemed not to have been filed if you do not respond within such a term.
Alternatively, you may direct your request to our Personal Data Department through the email address datospersonales@thejournalofreproduction.com, complying with all the requirements listed above, establishing as Subject of the communication “ARCO Rights and/or Revocation of Consent”. The deadlines of the procedure will be the same as those mentioned in this section. The use of electronic means for the exercise of ARCO rights authorizes the Responsible to respond to the corresponding request through the same means, unless the holder himself/herself indicates another means, clearly and expressly.
You may obtain the information or personal data requested through simple copies, electronic documents in conventional formats (Word, PDF, etc.), or through any other legitimate means that guarantees and accredits the effective exercise of the right requested.
You will be responsible for keeping your personal data in possession of Responsible update. Therefore, you guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated, communicating any changes to Responsable.
G. Revocation of consent
You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, without retroactive effects, in all those cases in which such revocation does not involve the impossibility of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship in force between you and the Responsible or involve the breach of general provisions of public order that establish the obligation to maintain the processing of your personal data for a certain period of time.
The procedure for the revocation of consent, if applicable, will be the same as that established in the immediately preceding section for the exercise of ARCO rights.
H. Limitations on the Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by directing the corresponding request to our Personal Data Department. The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure to attend your request will be the same as those indicated in the section “Exercise of ARCO rights”.
The Responsible has the means and procedures to ensure the inclusion of some of your data in its own exclusion lists, when you expressly request their inclusion in them. The Responsible will provide registered owners with the corresponding registration certificate.
I. Automatic means of collecting personal data
In our web page www.thejournalofreproduction.com we do not use files known as “cookies”, to facilitate navigation and communication through it.
You may obtain the information or personal data requested through simple copies, electronic documents in conventional formats (Word, PDF, etc.), or through any other legitimate means that guarantees and accredits the effective exercise of the right requested.
J. Modifications or Updates to this Comprehensive Privacy Notice
The Responsible Party may modify, update, extend or otherwise change the content and scope of this Privacy Notice, at any time and at its sole discretion. In such cases, we will publish such changes on the website www.thejournalofreproduction.com, Section “Legals/Privacy Policy”.
Changes to this Privacy Notice may also be communicated via email, Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp when such a medium has been established as a channel of communication between you and the Responsible, during the term of any legal relationship.
If you have had access to this Privacy Notice by electronic means or if you wish to communicate this refusal at any time after the delivery of your personal data, you may communicate this decision at any time through the means established for the exercise of ARCO rights.

Agreement
ADHESION AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE WEB PAGE www.thejournalofreproduction.com ENTERED INTO BY THE JOURNAL OF REPRODUCTION, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE JOURNAL”, ON THE ONE HAND, AND THE USER, ON THE OTHER HAND, SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN THE TEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
- By virtue of the execution of this agreement, “THE JOURNAL” grants and grants to the User the non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to view and use www.thejournalofreproduction.com in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. For this reason, “THE JOURNAL” assumes no responsibility for the content provided to the Internet Page by independent providers outside “THE JOURNAL”.
Under no circumstances shall “THE JOURNAL” be liable for any damage and/or harm, direct or indirect, caused by virtue of the user’s reliance on information obtained through this Website.
“THE JOURNAL” reserves the right to delete or modify the content of the Website that, in the sole judgment of “THE JOURNAL” does not comply with the standards of “THE JOURNAL” or that could be contrary to the current legal system. However, “THE JOURNAL” shall not be liable for any failure or delay in removing such material.

Copyright and Industrial Property
“THE JOURNAL” and www.thejournalofreproduction.com and its logos and all the material that appears in the referred Internet page, are trademarks, domain names and/or commercial names property of their respective owners protected by international treaties and applicable laws on intellectual property and copyrights.
The copyrights on the content, organization, compilation, compilation, information, logos, photographs, images, programs, applications, or in general any information contained or published in www.thejournalofreproduction.com are duly protected in favor of “THE JOURNAL”, Providers and/or their respective owners, in accordance with the applicable legislation on intellectual property.

Therefore, the User expressly waives in this act to try any action, lawsuit or claim against “THE JOURNAL” its Suppliers for any actual or potential violation of any copyright or intellectual property derived from the information, programs, applications, software, ideas and other material that the User sends to www.thejournalofreproduction.com.
It is our policy to act against violations of Intellectual Property that could be generated or originate as stipulated in the applicable legislation and other applicable intellectual property laws, including the elimination or blocking of access to material that is subject to activities that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Denial of Warranties

“THE JOURNAL DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE IN ANY WAY THE TRUTHFULNESS, ACCURACY, LEGALITY, MORALITY OR ANY OTHER CHARACTERISTIC OF THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIAL POSTED ON www.thejournalofreproduction.com. – ANY THIRD PARTY INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, SUBSEQUENT TO ITS INCLUSION ON www.thejournalofreproduction.com.
– ANY OTHER ASPECT OR CHARACTERISTIC OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED OR PUBLISHED ON www.thejournalofreproduction.com OR THROUGH THE LINKS THAT MAY BE INCLUDED THEREIN.
– THE PROVISION OR LACK OF PROVISION OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IN THE CASES IN WHICH THE COLEGIO DE REPRODUCCIÓN ASISTIDA DE MÉXICO, S.C. HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OR WARNED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
International Access
This site can be accessed from countries other than the United Mexican States. This site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside the United Mexican States. Any such references do not imply that these products will be available outside the United Mexican States. If the user accesses and uses this site outside the United Mexican States, the user is responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
Minors
To use the Portal and the Services, minors must obtain prior permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for all acts performed by minors in their care. The full responsibility for determining the contents and Services accessed by minors lies with the adults in whose care they are. Amendments to the Agreement
“THE JOURNAL” reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, such modifications to be effective immediately: – By publication on www.thejournalofreproduction.com of the modified Agreement or. – By notification to the User of such modifications. User agrees to review this Agreement periodically in order to be aware of such modifications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each time User accesses www.thejournalofreproduction.com, User shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications to the Agreement in full.
Exclusion of liability
From time to time, “THE JOURNAL” may add to the terms and conditions of this Agreement with additional provisions relating to specific areas or new services provided on or through www.thejournalofreproduction.com (“Additional Terms”), which will be posted in the specific areas or new services of www.thejournalofreproduction.com for your perusal and acceptance. User acknowledges and agrees that such Additional Terms are an integral part of this Agreement for all legal purposes.
www.thejournalofreproduction.com has no obligation to monitor and does not control the use that Users make of the Portal, Services and Content.
In particular, www.thejournalofreproduction.com does not guarantee that Users use the Portal, the Services and the Contents in accordance with these General Conditions and, if applicable, the applicable Special Conditions, nor that they do so in a diligent and prudent manner. www.thejournalofreproduction.com has no obligation to verify and does not verify the identity of Users, nor the veracity, validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the data that Users provide about themselves to other Users.
www.thejournalofreproduction.com ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE USE OF SERVICES AND CONTENT BY USERS OR THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE LACK OF ACCURACY, VALIDITY, COMPLETENESS AND / OR AUTHENTICITY OF THE INFORMATION THAT USERS PROVIDE TO “THE SCHOOL” AND / OR OTHER USERS ABOUT THEMSELVES AND, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE IMPERSONATION OF A THIRD PARTY BY A USER IN ANY KIND OF COMMUNICATION MADE THROUGH THE PORTAL.
Assignment of Rights
“THE JOURNAL” may, at any time and when it deems appropriate, assign all or part of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. By virtue of such assignment, “THE JOURNAL” shall be released from any obligation in favor of the User established in this agreement.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify “THE JOURNAL”, Suppliers, Vendors and Advisors from any action, suit or claim (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of any breach by the User of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any of the foregoing:
– From any aspect of your use of www.thejournalofreproduction.com;
– From information contained on or available on or through www.thejournalofreproduction.com;
– From libel, defamation or any other conduct in violation of this Agreement by User in the use of www.thejournalofreproduction.com;
– Violation of applicable laws or international treaties relating to copyright or intellectual property rights contained or available on or through www.thejournalofreproduction.com.
Termination
“THE JOURNAL”, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and without notice or notification to the User, to:
– Terminate this Agreement definitively;
– Discontinue or definitively stop publishing www.thejournalofreproduction.com without any liability for THE JOURNAL OF REPRODUCTION its Affiliates or Suppliers.
Subsistence
These terms and conditions and the Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any clause or provision of this Agreement, as well as of the Additional Terms, legally declared invalid, shall be eliminated or modified, at the option of “THE JOURNAL”, in order to correct its defect or flaw. However, the remaining clauses or provisions shall remain in full force, effect and validity.
No Waiver of Rights
Inaction on the part of “THE JOURNAL”, its Affiliates or Suppliers to exercise any right or action derived from this Agreement shall at no time be construed as a waiver of such rights or actions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to reach an amicable settlement of such dispute through mediation; such mediation shall take place in accordance with the Mediation Regulations of the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City, Mexico, in effect at the time of the commencement of the mediation. Otherwise, the parties may resort to the Courts of Mexico City, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mexico.
